I mean he was testifying with deceit. But the other one that got away without paying him…… keep smiling karma will be there. For example your expert witness. Everything is full circle. You'll get yours.

"Whatever." I'm so glad he cut him off. The plaintiff and the defendant deserve each. They ooze sleaziness.

This whole thing was wacky. No care that it man died. This man got you outta doing 15 years and you just shrug your shoulder and walk away without having to pay a minute or a dime. He was the only expert witness so technically he pretty much won the case for him and then he has this attitude. That’s disgusting

Both lied under oath for conspiring cover up a construction fatality for extreme negligence. Their obvious utter lack of remorse and compassion is a sheer insult to the victims' family and their ongoing grief

The plaintiff was double dipping. He was a paid city employee that didn't inform his bosses about the trial work and the city fired him for working for the defense on city time. The defendant walked free from a manslaughter charge for shoddy construction. They got a higher power to answer to.

When you make deals with the devil you’re gonna get burned. This is a clear case of no honor amongst thieves. They are both dishonest, greedy, and unethical. The victim probably died due to the defendant cutting corners to save money. Then they found another greedy person to act as an expert. The defendant goes around biting the hands that feed him. I’d love to know what karma has in store for him.
